Please print, fill in, and bring the form, and your check, to the registriaton day at the Ryrerson Recretional Centre, 251 Duke Street Hamilton. On September 11, 2010, from 12:30 to 2:30. Also please read the codes of conducts, under the about tab. If you can not make the registration day, please mail your form in with a copy of the player's birth certificate, if becoming a new competitive player, and your check. Returning competitive players can either bring their forms to Ryrson or the AGM. Thanks.
Fees.

14U Novice-$175.00 per session
14U Competitive-$1300.00
16U &18U Competitive-$1500.00
Varsity-$350.00 incl OWP
Senior Competitive-$450.00 incl OWP
Senior Recreational-$200.00

Registration for 2010/2011 sessions will be on Saturday September 11th, from 12:30 - 2:30 at the Ryerson Recreational Center, 251 Duke St., Hamilton (map).
