Hi Folks,Great start to the season all of our athletes are working extremely hard.
We are steadily working through any and all RAMP issues and are almost at the magical time of year where athletes get assigned to teams. This year’s registration has been very smooth, however we are still working to resolve some issues from the 2021/2022 Season. As always we appreciate your patience.
Thanks to all those who stepped up to be team managers it will be a huge help and all teams are represented:) Plenty more volunteer opportunities to come:)
COMPETITIVE NEWS
First full week of regular practices. Obviously a few bumps in the road this past week for our 17U/19U athletes. Based on the time of year we will hold steady with our current practice schedule until at least Thanksgiving. The coaches are all in agreement that the priority this early on in the season needs to be swimming and overall fitness.
We are currently working on our game day and tournament schedule for all of our age groups for the season.
We are also finalizing details with APEX for our dryland more information should be out this week.
We have had amazing team Dry-land workouts on Wednesday’s from 7:30-8:00 before practice and have also had great dry-land training from 4:30-5:00 PM on Sunday’s. Coaches would like these sessions to be permanent fixtures for the season. Cumulative fitness will really help our club get to the next level of competition.
13U and 11U Monday Swims begin in October (stay tuned for details)

It is National Thank a Coach Week. Our coaches are truly amazing and have literally gone through walls to make Water Polo happen in this City. To say the past 2 years have been challenging would be an understatement. No matter the challenge our coaches are committed to….
Keeping our athletes improving and in the water
Supporting our athletes as they move forward not only in Water Polo but in life
Thanks Coaches for all you do,
Have an amazing week
